HOW DO I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
Bust: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure all the way around the slimmest part of your waist.
Hips: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your hips.
WHAT DOES DEMI-COUTURE MEAN AND HOW THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK ?
Demi-Couture means that you are buying pieces developed in sizes and handmade in limited quantities, adopting the Couture tailoring process, at affordable prices. You will also often find “one of a kind” pieces in our collections.
Our entire design process, from initial sketches, to patterns, to the final product, takes place in our studio in Bellport, NY. Elisabetta Bellu collections are made by hand using only the best materials, personally hand-picked from large fabric warehouses. All pieces are limited quantities depending on the availability of textiles. You will always find something new throughout each season. Once a style is sold out in a particular fabric, we often decide to make it again in a different color or pattern, to always give you something new to discover. So, If you saw something that you loved but at the moment is no longer available, keep an eye out!

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES, CONSIGNMENT AND PRESS
For wholesale, consignment inquiries and press, contact us! We would love to discuss the opportunity!
We suggest that you dry-clean all of your delicate handmade pieces. We will always provide fabric swatches enclosed in your order that may be used by your dry-cleaner as test pieces.
If needed, always remember to use your iron low or to use your iron temperature accordingly to your garment's fabric.
Orders shipping within the continental US are always FREE and shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 days delivery).
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are shipped via USPS Priority mail for FREE.
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
After shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your special Elisabetta Bellu piece from our studio to your door.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they have been shipped and provided a tracking number. Always remember to contact your mail carrier to solve any shipping/delivery issues.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Almost all of our collection pieces are ready to ship. It will generally take 24 hours for your order to be processed.
For all Preorders please allow 4 to 7 extra days. We'll be working for you and we will ship as soon as your piece is ready.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE - CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM AND IF SO, HOW?
Items must be returned within 7 business days from the day of receipt. If 7 business days have passed since the receipt of your package, we do not offer a refund.
As all Elisabetta Bellu pieces are quality controlled by hand prior to shipping, in order to be eligible for a return items must be unworn, with no marks or damage and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be in their original packaging upon return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us writing the reason why you want to make a return and attach a copy of your receipt.
US domestic returns. Contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Return Shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns that are sent without our authorization will be refused.
We do not offer exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable
All “custom made” garments are NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product and sales tax, if applicable. Return Shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded. All sales are final for sale items.
